Today's society requires strong leaders with a passion for taking communities, business and families to a higher level.

We believe that every young person has some degree of leadership ability and we are committed to assisting them unleash this potential. Since commencing work in high schools at the beginning of 2004, we have spoken to thousands of young people and have both motivated and equipped them to reach new heights in their lives.

In recent years we have worked hard to develop fresh and innovative ways of training secondary student leaders in various areas of leadership development. In 2006 we pioneered the Impact Student Leadership Conference to prepare and equip secondary student leaders for the practical aspects of their leadership roles. This conference is a hands-on learning experience and we have received extremely positive feedback from the hundreds of students and staff who have attended. We are now looking forward to the growth of this event and working with even more student leaders around Australia.  The Impact Student Leadership Conference is also a great opportunity for student leaders to network with leaders from other schools in their area and across the country.
